Ingenious Search
Free AI stays on the Windows PC. Guided model downloads use internet access, but local inference does not send the prompt or documents to our managed AI service. If the local model is unavailable, the app asks you to complete setup and does not silently switch to cloud inference.
Ingenious Premium is optional and requires an active subscription. Ingenious Premium uses frontier-level intelligence, and we are constantly improving it. Review the selected source scope and action cost before approval. Your prompt, selected evidence and approved attachments are processed securely to complete the task. Account and request records support fulfillment, retries, abuse prevention and action accounting. Do not submit information you are not authorized to process.
Ingenious Voice Assistant
Voice transcription is performed by the Android speech recognition service selected on your device. Ingenious Tools does not receive the audio or transcript merely because you use speech input.
Local Gemma inference runs on the phone. When you enable Ingenious Premium as primary or fallback, your question is processed securely by Ingenious Premium for that request. Ingenious Premium uses frontier-level intelligence, and we are constantly improving it. No separate account or key is needed. Processing is subject to the published service and privacy terms.
Local conversation history is enabled by default and can be disabled or cleared in Settings. Premium usage metadata is retained for action accounting and security. A temporary server answer cache supports retries without duplicate charges; answers older than 15 minutes become eligible for cleanup on later requests. Weather and places may send the requested location to data services. Music files are not uploaded.
Voice Geocacher local mode
GPX files, imported cache coordinates, route state, and local Gemma prompts remain on the Android device. Commercial v1 does not synchronize customer cache data to Ingenious Tools and does not include a live Geocaching API integration.
Voice Geocacher customer-selected provider mode
If you choose OpenRouter and enter your own API key, the prompt and any context shown for that request are sent directly to OpenRouter and the model provider selected under your account. OpenRouter usage, retention, and charges are governed by your OpenRouter account and provider settings.
Your choice
Cloud AI is optional. Ingenious Voice Assistant customers can use registered Local AI without a Premium subscription. Voice Geocacher has its own supported local model and provider settings.
